If you need to return an item or request a refund, follow these guidelines:
Missing Item from Your Order:
- If a product listed on your delivery note is missing from your package, contact us at info@wizardsofaus.com within 7 days. We’ll investigate the issue and advise you on the next steps to resolve it.
Received the Wrong Item:
- If we sent you the wrong item, contact us at info@wizardsofaus.com within 7 days. We’ll investigate the issue and advise you on the next steps to resolve it.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
- All items should arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us at info@wizardsofaus.com within 7 days to start the return process. We’ll cover the return shipping for any damaged or faulty items. Damaged or Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days.
Changed Your Mind:
- At Wizards of AUS, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund, replacement, or repair if you:
- Simply change your mind
- Find the product cheaper elsewhere
- Decide you no longer like the item or have no use for it

- In rare cases where a return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a potential restocking fee of 20%. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
